Regulation of the Council of Ministers of February 1, 2002 amending the regulation on the determination of the maximum portion of the assets of an open-ended pension fund that may be invested in individual categories of investments, and additional restrictions on investment activities by pension funds.
Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 1 lutego 2002 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie określenia maksymalnej części aktywów otwartego funduszu emerytalnego, jaka może zostać ulokowana w poszczególnych kategoriach lokat, oraz dodatkowych ograniczeń w zakresie prowadzenia działalności lokacyjnej przez fundusze emerytalne.
