Regulation of the Council of Ministers of November 24, 1998, on the determination of the form of notification of the intention to acquire shares of a public company in a number that results in reaching or exceeding 25%, 33% or 50% of the total number of votes at the general meeting of shareholders, and the method of making such notification.
