Regulation of the Minister of Justice of December 7, 1999, on defining the district courts in which civil-criminal divisions are established at the seats of these courts, as well as branch civil-criminal divisions for hearing certain categories of fiscal, criminal, and civil cases.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Sprawiedliwości z dnia 7 grudnia 1999 r. w sprawie określenia sądów rejonowych, w których utworzone zostają wydziały cywilno-karne w siedzibach tych sądów oraz zamiejscowe wydziały cywilno-karne do rozpoznawania niektórych kategorii spraw karnych skarbowych, karnych i cywilnych.
