Regulation of the Minister of Justice of May 18, 2001 on the determination of regional courts in which civil-criminal divisions are established at the seats of these courts and extraterritorial civil-criminal divisions for hearing certain categories of fiscal, criminal and civil cases.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Sprawiedliwości z dnia 18 maja 2001 r. w sprawie określenia sądów rejonowych, w których utworzone zostają wydziały cywilno-karne w siedzibach tych sądów oraz zamiejscowe wydziały cywilno-karne do rozpoznawania niektórych kategorii spraw karnych skarbowych, karnych i cywilnych.
