Regulation of the Council of Ministers of May 12, 1999 on establishing the list of municipalities, districts and voivodeships affected by floods, and the detailed principles of granting and the method of settling targeted subsidies for these municipalities, districts and voivodeships, intended to co-finance current own tasks related to flood damage removal.
Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 12 maja 1999 r. w sprawie ustalenia wykazu gmin, powiatów i województw, na obszarze których wystąpiła powódź, oraz szczegółowych zasad udzielania i sposobu rozliczania dotacji celowych dla tych gmin, powiatów i województw, przeznaczonych na dofinansowanie bieżących zadań własnych związanych z usuwaniem skutków powodzi.
