Regulation of the Minister of Health of February 17, 2000, amending the regulation on the list of diseases and medicines, diagnostic preparations and disposable equipment, which due to these diseases may be prescribed free of charge, at a lump-sum fee or partial fee.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia z dnia 17 lutego 2000 r. zmieniające w sprawie wykazu chorób oraz leków, preparatów diagnostycznych i sprzętu jednorazowego użytku, które ze względu na te choroby mogą być przepisywane bezpłatnie, za opłatą ryczałtową lub częściową odpłatnością.
