Regulation of the Minister of Health of May 23, 2001, on the list of diseases and the list of medicines, diagnostic preparations, and disposable medical devices that, due to these diseases, may be prescribed free of charge, at a flat rate, or with partial co-payment.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia z dnia 23 maja 2001 r. w sprawie wykazu chorób oraz wykazu leków, preparatów diagnostycznych i sprzętu jednorazowego użytku, które ze względu na te choroby mogą być przepisywane bezpłatnie, za opłatą ryczałtową lub częściową odpłatnością.
