Regulation of the Minister of Health of June 27, 2000 amending the regulation on the list of diseases and the list of medicines, diagnostic preparations and disposable equipment that, due to these diseases, may be prescribed free of charge, for a lump-sum or partial payment.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia z dnia 27 czerwca 2000 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie wykazu chorób oraz wykazu leków, preparatów diagnostycznych i sprzętu jednorazowego użytku, które ze względu na te choroby mogą być przepisywane bezpłatnie, za odpłatą ryczałtową lub częściową odpłatnością.
