Instrukcja Ministra Skarbu z dnia 31 stycznia 1935 r. wydana w porozumieniu z Ministrem Spraw Zagranicznych w sprawie postępowania przy odprawach celnych przedmiotów przeznaczonych dla osób korzystających z prawa eksterytorjalności, jak również przeznaczonych do użytku służbowego uwierzytelnionych przedstawicieli dyplomatycznych państw obcych, misyj zagranicznych specjalnych oraz urzędów konsularnych.
