Instruction of the Minister of the Treasury of September 24, 1938, issued in agreement with the Minister of Foreign Affairs concerning the procedure for customs clearance of items intended for persons enjoying extraterritoriality, as well as for official use by accredited diplomatic missions of foreign states, special foreign missions, and foreign consular offices.
Instrukcja Ministra Skarbu z dnia 24 września 1938 r. wydana w porozumieniu z Ministrem Spraw Zagranicznych w sprawie postępowania przy odprawie celnej przedmiotów, przeznaczonych dla osób korzystających z prawa eksterytorialności jak również przeznaczonych do użytku służbowego uwierzytelnionych przedstawicielstw dyplomatycznych państw obcych, misji zagranicznych specjalnych oraz obcych urzędów konsularnych.
