Announcement of the Minister of Industry and Trade, in agreement with the Minister of the Treasury and the Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform, of December 23, 1936, on the conditions for obtaining export certificates from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, authorizing the receipt of export permits for the export of flax, and on the list of chambers of industry and commerce through which these certificates will be issued.
Obwieszczenie Ministra Przemysłu i Handlu w porozumieniu z Ministrem Skarbu oraz Ministrem Rolnictwa i Reform Rolnych z dnia 23 grudnia 1936 r. o warunkach uzyskania zaświadczeń eksportowych Ministerstwa Przemysłu i Handlu, upoważniających do otrzymywania kwitów wywozowych przy wywozie lnu, oraz o wykazie izb przemysłowo-handlowych, za których pośrednictwem będą wydawane te zaświadczenia.
