Announcement of the Minister of Industry and Trade of November 10, 1938, issued in agreement with the Ministers of Finance and Agriculture and Agrarian Reform, on the list of institutions through which certificates of the Ministry of Industry and Trade will be issued for duty-free export of flax fiber and on the procedure for issuing these certificates.
Obwieszczenie Ministra Przemysłu i Handlu z dnia 10 listopada 1938 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrami: Skarbu oraz Rolnictwa I Reform Rolnych o wykazie instytucyj, za których pośrednictwem będą wydawane zaświadczenia Ministerstwa Przemysłu i Handlu na wolny od cła wywóz włókna lnianego oraz o trybie postępowania przy wydawaniu tych zaświadczeń.
