Regulation No. 161 of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of October 17, 1951, on authorizing the state enterprise 'Exhibition and Fair Enterprise' to place orders with persons not listed in § 8 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of February 19, 1949, on supplies, works and services for the State Treasury, local government and certain categories of legal persons, to release from the obligation to secure contracts and to grant advances, and on the method of placing orders through non-tender procedures.
