Order of the Minister of Culture and Art of June 8, 1954, concerning the authorization of the state enterprise "Enterprise of Exhibitions and Fairs" to grant orders to persons not listed in § 8 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of February 19, 1949, on supplies, works, and services for the State Treasury, local government, and certain categories of legal persons, to release from the obligation to secure contracts and to grant advances, and concerning the procedure for granting orders through non-tender procedures.

Zarządzenie Ministra Kultury i Sztuki z dnia 8 czerwca 1954 r. w sprawie upoważnienia przedsiębiorstwa państwowego "Przedsiębiorstwo Wystaw i Targów" do udzielania zamówień osobom, nie wymienionym w § 8 rozporządzenia Rady Ministrów z dnia 19 lutego 1949 r. w sprawie dostaw, robót i usług na rzecz Skarbu Państwa, samorządu oraz niektórych kategorii osób prawnych, do zwalniania od obowiązku zabezpieczania umów i do udzielania zaliczek oraz w sprawie sposobu udzielania zamówień w trybie bezprzetargowym.
