Regulation of the Minister of Culture and Art of September 18, 1952, on authorizing the state enterprise "Pracownie Sztuk Plastycznych" to place orders with persons not mentioned in § 8 of the Council of Ministers' regulation of February 19, 1949, on supplies, works, and services for the State Treasury, local government, and certain categories of legal persons, to release from the obligation to secure contracts, and to grant advances, and on the method of placing orders through non-tender procedure.

Zarządzenie Ministra Kultury i Sztuki z dnia 18 września 1952 r. w sprawie upoważnienia przedsiębiorstwa państwowego "Pracownie Sztuk Plastycznych" do udzielania zamówień osobom nie wymienionym w § 8 rozporządzenia Rady Ministrów z dnia 19 lutego 1949 r. w sprawie dostaw, robót i usług na rzecz Skarbu Państwa, samorządu oraz niektórych kategorii osób prawnych, do zwalniania od obowiązku zabezpieczenia umów i do udzielania zaliczek oraz w sprawie sposobu udzielania zamówień w trybie bezprzetargowym.
