Regulation of the Minister of Culture and Art of August 12, 1953, on authorizing the state enterprise "State Organization of Artistic Events 'Artos'" to place orders with persons not listed in § 8 of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of February 19, 1949, on supplies, works, and services for the State Treasury, local government, and certain legal persons, to release from the obligation to secure contracts, and to grant advances, and on the method of placing orders through non-tender procedure.

Zarządzenie Ministra Kultury i Sztuki z dnia 12 sierpnia 1953 r. w sprawie upoważnienia przedsiębiorstwa państwowego "Państwowa Organizacja Imprez Artystycznych "Artos" do udzielania zamówień osobom nie wymienionym w § 8 rozporządzenia Rady Ministrów z dnia 19 lutego 1949 r. w sprawie dostaw, robót i usług na rzecz Skarbu Państwa, samorządu oraz niektórych kategorii osób prawnych, do zwalniania od obowiązku zabezpieczenia umów i do udzielania zaliczek oraz w sprawie sposobu udzielania zamówień w trybie bezprzetargowym.
