Resolution No. 90 of the Council of Ministers of May 30, 1985, on defining the principles and procedure for awarding the "Medal for Outstanding Sports Achievements", the titles "Sports Master" and "Merited Sports Master" and establishing the designs of the Medal and badges for these titles, as well as the manner of wearing them.
Uchwała nr 90 Rady Ministrów z dnia 30 maja 1985 r. w sprawie określenia zasad i trybu nadawania "Medalu za Wybitne Osiągnięcia Sportowe", tytułów "Mistrz Sportu" i "Zasłużony Mistrz Sportu" oraz ustalenia wzorów Medalu i odznak tych tytułów, a także sposobu ich noszenia.
