Resolution No. 223 of the Council of Ministers of December 23, 1988, amending the resolution on determining the principles and procedure for awarding the "Medal for Outstanding Sports Achievements", the titles "Master of Sport" and "Merited Master of Sport", and establishing the designs of the Medal and insignia of these titles, as well as the manner of wearing them.
Uchwała nr 223 Rady Ministrów z dnia 23 grudnia 1988 r. zmieniająca uchwałę w sprawie określenia zasad i trybu nadawania "Medalu za Wybitne Osiągnięcia Sportowe", tytułów "Mistrz Sportu" i "Zasłużony Mistrz Sportu" oraz ustalenia wzorów Medalu i odznak tych tytułów, a także sposobu ich noszenia.
